👟 Free Size Exchange

We offer free return shipping for size exchanges on all footwear, within 14 days of the delivery date.

Conditions:

• Only one free size exchange per order is allowed.

• Shoes must be unworn (tried on indoors only) and returned in original condition and packaging.

• Customers must email us first at luxeveshop@gmail.com to request an exchange and receive return instructions.

We’ll cover the cost of return shipping and ship the new size at no additional charge.

🛠️ Returns for Manufacturing Defects

If your shoes arrive with a manufacturing defect, we will gladly:

• Cover the return shipping costs.

• Offer a full refund or replacement, based on your preference.

Requirements:

• You must notify us within 30 days of delivery.

• Minor wear from trying them on is acceptable if it was necessary to detect the issue.

• Photo evidence of the defect may be requested before approving the return.

At this time, we only accept returns for:

⚖️ Return Approval Process

All returns must be requested via email at luxeveshop@gmail.com before sending anything back.

We will respond with your return instructions and, if eligible, a prepaid shipping label.

To be eligible for return:

• Shoes must be in original condition, with no visible wear (except as needed to detect a defect).

• Original packaging (box, inserts, tags) must be included.

• Returns must be shipped back within 7 days after approval is granted.
